Claire - - - -the -voice- and face of Shelton Travel. She answers most of the incoming calls and greets those who come into the office. She has wonderful people skills and can always direct you to the travel professional best suited to your travel needs. Ron - - -Ron Croslin has been in the travel industry since 1992. He is our Cancun expert, and can assist with Las Vegas, Orlando, and many other destinations. He helps Mark Ebbitts with some of Mark's clients so please feel free to ask for Ron if Mark is out of the office. Ron has great customer service. Jack- - -Jack Poessiger has been in travel for many, many years. He has extensive knowledge of Europe and Germany especially. His domestic travels include Las Vegas, New York, California and Florida. He works for Shelton Travel part time, but is always available as he is paged anytime you leave him a message. His other work is the radio voice of KYYS, KY 99.7, WDAF 610, KMBC 980, and television/face/voice of Time Warner Cable, in a program called Jack goes to the movies,. Peggy- - -Peggy has over 30 years of experience in doing up-scale, specialty travel. She has traveled extensively over her many years in travel. Mark - - -Mark Ebbitts is the President of Shelton Travel. He has been in the business since 1977. He has traveled extensively and been round the world 2 times, and has visited over 250 countries. He works with upscale customers who want that Perfect Vacation. He is a CTC (certified travel counselor), honeymoon specialist, cruise professional counselor. He has worked on many European vacations including wonderful Amalfi coast of Italy, romantic Provence France, spectacular England and Ireland. His favorite honeymoon spots are Bali Indonesia, Phucket Thailand, Bora Bora and Morea in Tahiti, Amalfi coast, Virgin Gorda in the Caribbean, and Las Ventanas in Cabo, Mexico. Before travel, Mark worked for Procter and Gamble, and the Atomic Energy Commission. Mark has a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Mark is or has been active in many Kansas City charities including Jazzoo, Bacchus Foundation, O E Ellis Society, Chamber of Commerce Centurions, Jewel Ball, The Nelson Atkins Museum, Starlight Theatre, America Cancer Society, and many, many more. Mark has served on various travel advisory boards, and is currently a member of the Aviation Board of Kansas City. Mark is also currently serving the City of Kansas City, MO on the Board of Zoning Adjustment. Mark is married to Lisa, and has a son Brian, and daughter Catherine.
